Transaction status endpoint: We have released a new endpoint that allows you to update the status of transactions (e.g. pending, completed, failed or cancelled). For more details, please see our API documentation https://docs.pingwire.io/#tag/Transaction.

Automatic logout: For security reasons, we have implemented an automatic logout after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Automatic case priority: We have introduced a feature that lets you configure rules to automatically assign priority to cases.

Edit tag functionality: You can now edit tags directly within a case.

IP data provider integration: The system now supports integration with an IP data provider for use in IP rules. Utilizing an IP data vendor has a standard price of 5,000 SEK per month, plus a variable fee. There are three levels of IP data available with different variable fee options:

• Country of the IP address: 0,2 öre per query.
• Country, city, and postal code of the IP address: 0,6 öre per query.
• Country, city, postal code, and information on potential use of an anonymizing service (e.g. VPN): 3 öre per query.
