Abstract
The Information Page offers a comprehensive overview of an entity’s key attributes and related activities within the Pingwire platform. It serves as a central point for reviewing identity details, risk insights, associations, and ongoing investigations. The layout and available information may vary depending on the entity type—whether it’s an individual, account, or business. This page breaks down each section of the page to help you better understand what data is displayed and how to interact with it.

The Information Page provides general details about an entity and its relevant activities. The displayed information varies depending on the entity type.
General Section
The General Section contains key details about the entity, such as name, residence, contact details, creation date, KYC approval status etc.
Within this section, you’ll also find the Risk Management Section, which displays:
- Risk Score
- Current status
- Groups the entity belongs to
- Risk class of the entity
By clicking Show Score History, a pop-up will open, illustrating the risk score development over time. Clicking on each event in the graph will display a description of the corresponding score change.
Entity Associations
To the right of the General Section, you’ll find entity associations, which vary based on entity type:
- Business entities → Board members and beneficial owners
- Account entities → Account holder(s)
- Individuals → Business associations
Additionally, you can create custom connections to link entities. To do this, simply click Add Custom Connection.
Related Requests, Cases, and Pings
Further down the page, you’ll find sections for all related requests, cases, and pings associated with the entity. In the top right corner of each section, you can sort the tables based on your selection.
