The KYC Data tab contains entity-specific data. The information displayed depends on the data vendor you have chosen in the Pingwire platform, so availability and data visualization may vary. Depending on your system setup, you may also populate the KYC Data tab with information from your own internal system.

If information is unavailable, you can manually request data from your data vendor by clicking the green “Get […]” button. The system will then retrieve and populate the tables. Fees may apply.

KYC Data Tab - Businesses

General

This section contains all general company information provided by data vendor(s).

Company Representation

Displays details about:

• Board members
• Company signatories
• Signatory combinations

Credit Report

Includes:

• Credit rating
• Credit rating description
• Probability of default
• Credit limit

Ownership

Includes:

• Beneficial owner(s)
• Alternative beneficial owners
• Ownership tree

Financial Data

This section has two tabs:

• Overview → Displays financial summary, key financial data, and key financial ratios.
• Detailed View → Lists all financial data in a structured table.

Sanctions List

Displays potential matches on sanction lists. The lists used for screening depend on the data vendor’s provided sanction lists.

Adverse Media

Displays potential matches found in negative news sources. The media sources used for screening depend on the data vendor’s coverage.

Related Individuals

Illustrates all individuals linked to the company. This section also highlights potential matches regarding sanction or PEP (Politically Exposed Persons).

KYC Data Tab - Individuals

Population register

Displays all available personal details about the individual, such as current address, historical addresses, names, marital status etc. 

Business Association

Shows all business engagements associated with the individual and beneficial ownerships. 

PEP, Sanctions List, and Adverse Media

This section contains information to determine whether the individual is:

• A PEP (Politically Exposed Person)
• Listed on a sanctions list
• Mentioned in adverse media reports

In the Detailed Section, you can also inspect the raw data file provided by the data vendor for further clarification. This can be accessed by clicking “Arrow button” to the right.

Criminal Record

Displays any criminal records associated with the individual, along with details of corresponding convictions.
