Abstract
This tab contains all KYC forms that have been submitted for the entity.
If no forms are listed in the table, it means no KYC form has been submitted.
You can manually access a form link by:
- Clicking “Get Link”
- Selecting the relevant form for the entity
- Copying the generated URL and using it as needed
If a KYC form has been submitted, it will appear in the list along with the created at and submitted at timestamps.
- Created at reflects the date and time when the form answer was created in the Pingwire system.
- Submitted at reflects the date and time when the form answer was submitted by the customer.
Each form has also the following optional statuses.
- Pending
- Completed
- Rejected
- Withdrawn
To access a submitted form, click “View.” This will display all submitted answers.
- Conflicts in the answers are highlighted with a yellow frame.
- Each answer can be reviewed by clicking on the question, then selecting “View Sources.”
You can also manually add a value by clicking ”+ Add Value Manually.”
You can filter forms at the entity level (business or individual) using the Form Filter located at the top right corner next to the Get Link button. This feature allows you to drill down into forms associated with a business or individual, as well as any related accounts or products.
By default, the view displays all forms linked directly to the business or individual, along with forms connected to their associated accounts and products. This comprehensive view helps you manage and analyze entity-related forms efficiently.
