A Recommendation is the result of a Request evaluation in Pingwire and is configured in the rule framework. When a Request is processed, Pingwire applies your configured rule framework, and based on the evaluation, the system assigns a recommendation to guide the next step.

The recommendation is, or is a part of, the respons to a request 

The possible recommendations are:

• Proceed – Suggests to continue with the process as planned
• Review – Advises to review the request in the Pingwire interface before proceeding. The client are to open the request in Pingwire, evaluate the details, and then decide to block or proceed
• Block – Recommendation to halt the process and block the entity
