Pings can have four statuses:

• Pending – Default status when a ping is first created.
• Confirmed – Genuine suspicion; the score remains active and decreases over time based on the riskDecreaseTimeline.
• Resolved – No actual risk found; the pingScore is set to 0.
• Ignored – Rule considered irrelevant or incorrect; the pingScore is set to 0.
