Abstract
You can add tags manually to both pings and cases, or configure rules so that tags are automatically assigned to pings when the rule is triggered. This allows you to categorize alerts and cases in a way that makes sense for your workflow.
So tags can be:
- Automatically added to a ping when a rule is triggered, or
- Manually added to a ping or case by a user directly
And if a ping is assigned a tag, the case that the ping belongs to will automatically inherit the same tag.
