The Entity Report is designed for efficient data handling and performance, and therefore includes a row limitation of roughly 300.000 rows. If an entity has generated more requests, the Entity report will only include the 300.000 most recent requests.

This behavior is intentional and ensures that the report remains accessible and responsive, even for entities with extensive activity.

If you need to analyze a larger dataset or a longer time range, we recommend using the Request Overview Report instead, and filter on the entity in question. This report supports a higher data limit and is better suited for in-depth analysis of large volumes of requests.
